Project Scope & Objective

The revival of Nalanda University required a delicate balance of modern engineering and sustainable practices. Working alongside JMC Projects, we delivered a comprehensive piling solution for multiple academic blocks, prioritizing minimal environmental impact.

We were contracted to design, execute, and monitor the entire deep foundation phase. This involved rigorous pre-construction geotechnical analysis, the deployment of advanced rotary drilling rigs, and precise installation of high-capacity reinforced concrete piles.

ENGINEERING PRECISION

Technical Challenges & Solutions

Net-Zero Campus Goals

Utilized specialized eco-friendly drilling fluids and minimized diesel emissions on site.

Archaeological Sensitivity

Operated with extreme caution and continuous monitoring given the historic nature of the broader site.

Complex Architectural Forms

Executed piling layouts that accommodated non-standard, organic building shapes.
